Promotion Limitations by Superjaybird and ADA-RC

Dear Officers,

I would just like to inform you that alot of our officers promote too much so me and superjaybird
has planned something good to avoid this from happening again and again from now on the promotions will be controled by having 2 promotions points a week once you used up the 2 points you cannot promote anyone anymore until next week, If i ever caught someone promote more than two points they are Fired from the army.

You must do this or not of with your head.

It is advised that a promotion tracking list is made with number of points available/used up. That way, we can see how many promotions we have left available to the officers.
